October 25 from 4:00-7:00pm the Sunshine Swim Center is having an special event. We are welcoming up to 20 vendors to display information about their products and services at this event. Below are the details and vendor responsibilities as well as the sign-up form. Please complete the online google document.
We are hosting a fun and unique event at the Sunshine Swim Center. If you haven’t already heard we are installing a pool dome at our facility to keep the cool weather elements out and the warm water in at the Sunshine Swim Center. This event is a chance for local families to experience swimming “Under the Big Top” for themselves. During this event families will be able learn more about the winter swim programs offered at Sunshine, participate in open swim time and visit the local vendor tables. Not only is this a chance for you to show off your business to Elk Grove families, but it’s an opportunity to network with local business owners.
This vendor fair has a minimal fee of $25.00 per booth space. All booth fees go towards Swim Strong’s 2019 Swim Strong Scholarship program. We ask you to actively participate in our social media advertising and help us spread the word about our event.

To participate in the Open House and Vendor Fair please complete the vendor application and submit it through “Google Forms”. There are a limited number of vendor spaces and we will accept vendors on a first come first serve basis. Your spot will be secured only after we receive your completed application and payment of $25.00.
Vendor Responsibilities as they pertain to the Free Swim and Vendor Event
- Space rental is $25.00 if you need greater than the allotted 6 foot table space, you will need to pay for additional spaces.
- Submission of completed application does not guarantee acceptance into Event. Swim Strong Life Savers must also be in receipt of your $25.00 payment
- Vendor to provide business logo in JPEG format for marketing purposes
- Vendor sales are not guaranteed by Swim Strong Life Savers.
- Vendors are limited to one product line of sales
- Display area is designated to a 6 foot table within the Banquet Hall
- Vendors are required to supply their own 6 foot rectangular table, samples, marketing materials, activities and prizes. Swim Strong will supply white folding chairs.
- Electrical Outlets are not available in the Banquet Hall
- All fire codes, laws, ordinances and regulations pertinent to health, fire prevention, and public safety shall be strictly obeyed.
- Vendor agrees to allow photographs and video of booth during the event for no additional compensation.
- Vendor/staff/employees must adhere to all vendor policies. Risk of ejection if you do not comply.
Sunshine Swim Center will use its current marketing outlets; website, Facebook, Sacramento4kids.com, Macaroni Kids, Hula Frog, email and paper marketing materials. We ask that you share our event through your marketing avenues as well to help spread the word.
After your spot is secured with application and payment, we will email you regarding your logo and additional details regarding the event.
