Swim Assessments
Swim Assessments are a free; quick evaluation of incoming and past students swim level.
Eligibility
1. Available to new clients and returning customers who have not had classes for at least 6 months
Details
A swim assessment is a one-on-one evaluation with our swim instructor. To determine the appropriate level of your swimmer.
Swim Assessments take 5-7 minutes to complete per swimmer
At the end of the assessment the instructor will provide for you the level they believe would be the best for your swimmer to start at.
Times and Days Offered: Swim Assessments are generally offered on most Fridays between 3:30-5:30.
How to Enroll
1. Scroll down this page to the Swim Assessment Schedule and click on the specific day/time that works best for you. Click on “register” and it will bring you to the enrollment form where you will input all of necessary information into the correct fields. Please use valid and accurate contact information.
2. If you need assistance, first complete the “New Client Registration” form, then contact our office at 916-685-7462 and we will help you with enrollment for your swimmer(s).
Trial Swim Lessons
Trial swim lessons are free, and an opportunity for new clients to experience Sunshine swim programs.
Eligibility
1. Available to new clients
2. One free trial class per swimmer
3. Can be used as an alternate to a swim assessment
Details
Trial Classes are available for all levels
Class Size: Same number of students as a regular class.
Class Length: 25-minutes
Times and Days Offered: Trial Classes are generally offered on most Fridays between 3:30-5:30.
