A message from Jay:
Volunteerism is a cornerstone philosophy in my professional and personal life. Professionally, I own a financial and insurance practice based in Elk Grove and have the privilege of working with and educating families and businesses on planning for their financial futures. The Elk Grove community has been powerful in my development and a way in which I give back to my community is by volunteering my time to protect the youth through the Child ID program.
Our youth face many dangers at school and play. The Child ID program adds a level of protection in the event something happens to a child, parents have proper information to forward to law enforcement authorities, loved ones and relatives. Parents receive a digital ID card in the form of as CD which they can print to create lanyards for field trips, family vacations or where ever the possibility exists of a child becoming separated from the family at such places as Disneyland, the State Fair and even at school.
The EZ Child ID System is used to create the Child ID. Law enforcement agencies across the United States use the EZ Child System to create an ID that contains basic demographic information, digital pictures and fingerprints. The ID card is burned onto a CD and all information collected with the EZ Child ID System is destroyed to ensure child’s confidentiality. The process takes a few minutes and is a service that my team provides to families at absolutely no cost.
