Swim Strong Lifesavers Scholarship Program – Accepting 2026 Applications starting 2/1/2026

The Sunshine Swim Center scholarship program, Swim Strong Lifesavers, mission is to make swim lessons accessible to every child in our community, regardless of financial circumstances. Through the Swim Strong Scholarship Program, we provide up to two sessions of group swim lessons per child for families experiencing financial hardship.

Drowning remains one of the leading causes of accidental death for children, and early swim education is proven to significantly reduce that risk. By removing financial barriers, we ensure that every child — not just those who can afford lessons — has the opportunity to learn essential water safety skills, build confidence, and enjoy the water safely.

Our goal is to empower children to Swim Strong, equipping them with the skills and awareness needed to stay safe in and around the water for life.
